Overall, my stay at the resort was quite mixed. The location is truly awesome with serene balcony views overlooking the riverbed, which I absolutely loved. The rooms, however, were a letdown; not only was mine not ready at check-in, but it also didn't meet my expectations for the price I paid. The service was a bit hit or miss, and while some staff were helpful, I did encounter an unhelpful response when I requested drinking water. Lastly, the dining options were very limited and desperately need improvement. It's a beautiful place, but it has its flaws.
